Military XLs?

I am now in the process of changing my XL250 Motosport into a Japanese Army 'replica' - starting with green paint and a carrier. I think I can make a 'shorty' seatbase and get it covered to match factory-style. I'll also need to make pannier-racks and light guards, but  I think that's all feasible. Should wind up the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club people (I very much doubt they will have seen or heard of them before!!).
I'll send you a few pics when it's done.
